​It is a privilege to coach your children and share our passion and appreciation of the game with all of you and your children. Practices are a very important time for players to develop and your willingness to see they are at practice is very much appreciated.

Playing soccer should be fun and is intended to help each player improve his or her skills and self-confidence on and off the field. Winning on the scoreboard is terrific, but it’s not everything. Our goal for this season is to teach every player the game of soccer, appreciation of the game and improve themselves as soccer players. And most of all.. having fun doing it.

Our training sessions will focus on enhancing there touches on the ball, field awareness, at the same time increase their knowledge of the game so they can develop a love and respect for the game while providing a enjoyable atmosphere. We do not pride ourselves on wins and losses, we pride ourselves on knowing how to play the game.

I know some parents feel they are helping when they shout "boot it, shoot it, get in there, etc." but they are not. I call this "joystick coaching".. It would be very much appreciated if parents leave the coaching to the coaches. Positive encouragement is always welcome, commands are not. We as coaches do not do this and we would appreciate it if the parents do not as well.
